Ward 18 Community Meeting
Tweed-New Haven Airport invites Ward 18 residents to our Annual Ward 18 Community
Meeting on Tuesday, June 16 from 6:00–8:00 PM at the Nathan Hale School Auditorium.
The meeting will cover current and future airport operations, as well as traffic, parking, noise, and air quality. The evening will close with a Q&A.

On November 19th, Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) hosted an in-person presentation and Q&A session to launch WebTrak, a new online platform that provides community members real-time access to information on local aircraft activity and noise levels.

On November 12th, the City of New Haven and Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) hosted a virtual meeting to follow up on the June Community Meeting to present the findings of recent traffic studies and discuss proposed solutions for traffic calming and mitigation in and around the airport.

On October 1, 2024, Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) hosted an information session for residents featuring Air Traffic Control (ATC) staff. The presentation covered ATC procedures to help attendees better understand how flight operations are managed.
This session also introduced WebTrak and Envirosuite—interactive tools that provide real-time details on local aircraft activity, including flight path, altitude, model, and monitored noise levels.
